The APS (Akademische Pruefstelle) is a document-verification certificate issued by the APS office in New Delhi. It confirms that your Indian academic documents — 10th, 12th and degree marksheets — are genuine and that you meet the basic requirements for German higher education. German universities and the German embassy require it from every Indian applicant for a student visa.
