Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to fees paid by Clients ("you") to Manna Educare Private Limited ("we", "us") for counselling, profile-building, application support, visa documentation, premium packages, exam-preparation packages, and any other service offered by Manna Educare.
Important: Government fees, university application fees, visa fees, courier fees, third-party test fees, blocked-account fees, insurance premiums, and bank/lender charges are non-refundable once paid to the respective authority/provider. Manna Educare cannot refund what we have already remitted on your behalf.
1. Free Initial Consultation
The first counselling session is free of charge. No fee, no refund.
2. Service Fees Paid to Manna Educare
- Within 7 days of payment, before any major work begins: Eligible for a refund of 80% of the service fee paid to Manna Educare. 20% is retained as administrative and counselling-time charges.
- After 7 days OR after substantial work has begun (university shortlist delivered, SOP draft prepared, application portal set up, visa documentation initiated): Refund eligibility is calculated on a pro-rata basis based on the milestones already completed. Typical retention is 40% – 70% of the fee.
- After application is submitted to a university or visa is filed: No refund of the application/visa stage fee.
- After admission is received: Service is treated as delivered; no refund.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- University application fees paid to universities.
- Visa fees paid to embassies/consulates.
- Test registration fees (IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, SAT, etc.).
- Blocked-account / Sperrkonto fees and bank charges.
- Health insurance and travel insurance premiums.
- Courier and translation/notarisation costs.
- Any third-party platform fees (uni-assist, Common App, UCAS, etc.).
- Premium packages already consumed (e.g., elite-admissions review delivered, mock interviews completed).
4. No Refund Cases
- Visa rejection by an embassy (decision is outside our control).
- Admission rejection by a university (decision is outside our control).
- Loan rejection by a lender (decision is outside our control).
- Failure of the Client to provide required documents within deadlines.
- Client withdrawing voluntarily after work is completed.
- Misrepresentation or false information provided by the Client.
5. Service-Recovery Credit
In cases of visa rejection, university rejection, or scholarship rejection where Manna Educare has delivered the agreed service, we offer an optional Service-Recovery Credit — a discount on a future reapplication, reattempt, or alternate-pathway package. This is a goodwill credit, not a refund of cash, and is subject to a separate engagement.
6. Refund Process
- Send a written refund request to mannaeducare@gmail.com with the Client name, invoice number, payment date, and reason.
- We acknowledge within 3 working days.
- We review the case file, milestones completed, and policy clauses.
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method, after deduction of payment-gateway charges where applicable.
7. Disputes
Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
