Terms of Service
By accessing this website or engaging Manna Educare's services, you ("Client") agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
Manna Educare provides counselling, profile-building guidance, university shortlisting support, application coordination, SOP/LOR review, visa documentation guidance, funding/loan referral, accommodation referral, and post-arrival support, all subject to the package the Client purchases. Manna Educare is an education consultancy and is not a university, immigration authority, or financial institution.
2. No Guarantee
Manna Educare does not guarantee admission, scholarship, visa grant, employment, salary, or any specific outcome. All decisions rest with the respective university, embassy, lender, or employer. Our role is structured guidance and support.
3. Client Obligations
- Provide accurate, complete and truthful information and documents.
- Submit documents and complete required tasks within agreed timelines.
- Pay fees as per the agreed schedule.
- Comply with the laws of India and the destination country.
4. Fees & Payment
Fees for each package are agreed in writing before commencement. All payments are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Late payment may result in suspension of service.
5. Communication & Consent
By providing your phone, WhatsApp, or email, you consent to receive service-related communication from Manna Educare. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.
6. Third-Party Services
Where Manna Educare refers Clients to third-party providers, Manna Educare is not liable for the acts, omissions, or pricing of those providers. Clients must independently evaluate and contract with such providers.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, design, logos, and framework names including "Three-Path Promise", is the property of Manna Educare Private Limited. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Manna Educare's total liability arising out of any service shall not exceed the fees actually paid by the Client for that specific service. Manna Educare is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
9. Cancellation & Refund
Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the Refund Policy.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Fees for services already rendered or in progress are payable.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties shall keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
